Common use of Internal Approvals Clause in Contracts

Internal Approvals. Each Transaction Party shall provide such documents and such evidence as each party hereto may reasonably request in order to establish the authority of each such Transaction Party to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the taking of all corporate and other proceedings in connection therewith and compliance with the conditions herein or therein set forth and the incumbency of all officers signing any of the Operative Documents or the Operating Agreement. Each of the foregoing documents shall be reasonably satisfactory to each recipient thereof.
