InterMTA Traffic Compensation Sample Clauses
InterMTA Traffic Compensation. Parties agree that traffic rated and recorded as Telecommunications Traffic, may originate and terminate in different MTAs and would be subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to the traffic delivered by USCC to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that originates and terminates in different MTAs, to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. USCC shall compensate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at ILEC’s applicable Switched Access rates for all such traffic.
InterMTA Traffic Compensation. 5.1 For the purpose of compensation between Pacific and Carrier under this Agreement, InterMTA Traffic is subject to Pacific’s Switched Access tariffs.
5.2 To the extent that such traffic cannot be measured, interMTA factors (mobile to land and land to mobile) will be developed by Carrier to determine the amount of InterMTA Traffic. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide an analysis to Pacific, upon request, to explain the derivation of the percent interMTA factors.

The Parties recognize the difficulty of measuring such traffic and hereby agree to use the Default Factors set forth in Appendix A Section III. ACC agrees to pay TCCC for all mobile-originated interMTA Traffic.
