INTERLINK CAPACITY. In consideration for the payment of the Purchase Price, Level 3 hereby agrees to grant to Viatel an IRU, for the Interlink Term, in the Interlink Capacity, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The IRU in the Interlink Capacity shall commence and become effective as of the Fiber Payment Date.
