Interim Relief. Seller shall have the right to seek and obtain from any court of competent jurisdiction a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction to enjoin Buyer from violating or breaching Paragraph 7 (Software), 13 (Intellectual Property Rights), 14 (Trademarks) or 20 (Export) above.
