Interim Hosting Sample Clauses

The Interim Hosting clause establishes the terms under which one party provides temporary hosting services for data, applications, or systems until a permanent solution is implemented. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of interim hosting, the responsibilities of each party regarding maintenance and security, and any limitations on service levels or liability during the interim period. Its core practical function is to ensure continuity of service and minimize disruption while a long-term hosting arrangement is being finalized or transitioned.
