Common use of Interim Basis Only Clause in Contracts

Interim Basis Only. The Parties acknowledge that the Services are intended to be provided to Service Recipient on an interim basis until the earlier of the time that Service Recipient can perform such Services for itself or obtain such Services from a third party, and that neither Service Provider shall have any obligation to provide any Services following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
