INTERGRATION Clause Samples
The Integration clause establishes that the written contract represents the complete and final agreement between the parties, superseding all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements. In practice, this means that any previous understandings or side agreements not included in the contract are not legally binding. This clause ensures that only the terms explicitly stated in the contract are enforceable, thereby preventing disputes over alleged promises or representations made before the contract was signed.
