Common use of Intergovernmental Agreement Clause in Contracts

Intergovernmental Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that Landlords have entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement between themselves dated March 20, 2013 (“Intergovernmental Agreement”), which relates to Landlords’ joint ownership of the Premises, and which contains options in favor of each of the parties to purchase the other party’s interest in the Premises, commencing on the fifth anniversary date of the Intergovernmental Agreement.
