Common use of Interference to Lessee Clause in Contracts

Interference to Lessee. Upon determination that any other tenant is causing interference to Lessee's broadcast operation, transmission or other activities in or around any portion of the Leased Facilities, Lessor will use its reasonable best efforts to modify or correct promptly, or cause such other tenant to modify or correct promptly, the condition causing such interference.
