Interfere with Access Sample Clauses

The 'Interfere with Access' clause prohibits parties from disrupting, blocking, or otherwise hindering another party’s ability to use or access a particular service, system, or resource. In practice, this means that neither party may intentionally take actions such as disabling accounts, restricting network connectivity, or implementing technical barriers that prevent authorized use. The core function of this clause is to ensure uninterrupted and reliable access, thereby preventing disputes or operational issues caused by unjustified interference.
Interfere with Access. Do anything which may interfere with free access and passage in the Premises, the Common Areas adjacent thereto (including, without limitation, the elevators, escalators, streets or sidewalks of the Airport), or any restricted non-Common Areas of the Airport, or hinder security, police, fire fighting or other emergency personnel in the discharge of their duties, or hinder access to utility, heating, ventilating or air-conditioning systems, or portions thereof, on or adjoining the Premises or the Common Areas adjacent thereto. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Concessionaire shall not install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures at the Airport outside of the Premises without the prior written consent of CEO.

Interfere with Access. Do anything which may interfere with free access and passage in the Premises, the Common Areas adjacent thereto (including, without limitation, tire elevators, escalators, streets or sidewalks of the Aiiport), or any restricted non-Common Areas of the Aiiport, or hinder security, police, file fighting or other emergency personnel in the discharge of then duties, or hinder access to utility, heating, ventilating or air-conditioning systems, or portions thereof, on or adjoining the Premises or the Common Areas adjacent thereto. Without limiting the generality of tire foregoing, Concessionaire shall not install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures at the Airport outside of the Premises without the prior written consent of Executive Director.
