INTERESTS OF THE GENERAL PARTNER AND LIMITED PARTNERS. Section 4.1 General Partner The General Partner is Triad Partners II, Inc., and it shall have a 1% interest in the Partnership. Except as provided in Article IX of this Agreement, no other Person shall become a General Partner in the Partnership. The address of the General Partner is set forth on Exhibit B.
