Common use of INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDERS. Save for their respective interests in the Shares of the Company (as the case may be) and as otherwise disclosed herein, none of the Directors, controlling Shareholders or their associates have any interest, direct or indirect in the Proposed Acquisition and the other proposed transactions under the SPA.

INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDERS. Save None of the Directors (other than in his capacity as Director or Shareholder) nor (as far as the Directors are aware) controlling Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Acquisition as amended by the Amended AVL SPA, the Proposed REGL Acquisition and the Proposed FSVL Acquisition, save for their respective interests in the Shares of the Company (as the case may be) and as otherwise disclosed herein, none of the Directors, controlling Shareholders or their associates have any interest, direct or indirect in the Proposed Acquisition and the other proposed transactions under the SPACompany.

INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDERS. Save for their respective interests in the Shares of the Company (as the case may be) and as otherwise disclosed hereinabove, none of the Directors, Directors or controlling Shareholders or of the Company and their respective associates have has any interestinterests, direct or indirect indirect, in the Proposed Acquisition and Transaction, other than through their respective shareholding interests in the other proposed transactions under the SPACompany, if any.
