Interest Reallocation Groups; Excess Interest Sharing Groups; Principal Sharing Groups. (a) Interest Reallocation Groups. Interest Collections and other amounts specified in the Indenture Supplement for each Series in a particular Interest Reallocation Group will be reallocated to cover interest and expenses related to such Series as specified in such Indenture Supplement. The reallocation provisions of the Indenture Supplement for each Series in the same Interest Reallocation Group are required to be identical in all material respects. (b) Excess Interest Sharing Groups. With respect to each Distribution Date, (i) the Servicer will allocate Excess Interest Collections to each Excess Interest Sharing Series in a particular Excess Interest Sharing Group, pro rata, in proportion to the Interest Collections Shortfalls, if any, with respect to each such Series and (ii) the Servicer will deduct from the allocated Interest Collections available for deposit into the Collection Account on or before such Distribution Date an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the aggregate Excess Interest Collections as defined in the related Indenture Supplements for all such Series for such Distribution Date, over (B) the aggregate Interest Collections Shortfalls as defined in the related Indenture Supplements for all such Series for such Distribution Date and will distribute such excess to the Owner Trustee for distribution to the holders of the Transferor Interest in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
