Interest; Ranking Clause Samples

Interest; Ranking. All amounts outstanding from time to time hereunder shall bear interest until such amounts are paid, at the Interest Rate. Following any Event of Default (including before or after any judgment is entered) and after the Maturity Date, the principal balance outstanding hereunder, together with all such other amounts outstanding hereunder, shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Default Rate. This Note shall rank senior in right of payment to all of Borrower’s subordinated indebtedness incurred after the Initial Closing Date and equal in right of payment with all other senior indebtedness of Borrower incurred after the Initial Closing Date.
