The Creditor Agency has complied with all of the provisions of 31 U.S.C. § 3717 and 31 CFR § 901.9, as well as other statutes, regulations, agreements, and/or policies applicable to Creditor Agency’s assessment of interest, penalties, and administrative costs on the Debt. The Creditor Agency has provided a written notice to the Debtor explaining the Creditor Agency’s requirements concerning the assessment of interest, penalties, and administrative costs.
