Common use of Interest on Principal Amounts Prepaid Clause in Contracts

Interest on Principal Amounts Prepaid. All prepayments under this Section 2.10 shall be made together with accrued and unpaid interest to the date of such prepayment on the principal amount prepaid and any other amounts payable pursuant to Section 2.12(e) of this Agreement.
