INTEREST ON COST REPORT DEPOSIT AND FEE. Escrow Agent agrees to place the Cost Report Deposit in an interest-bearing account at an institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. All interest earned on the Cost Report Deposit shall become a part of the Cost Report Deposit. All distributions shall be distributed in the same manner and on the same terms and conditions as provided herein for the Cost Report Deposit.

  • Interest Fees Borrower shall pay FINOVA interest on the daily outstanding balance of the Obligations at the per annum rate set forth on the Schedule. Borrower shall also pay FINOVA the fees set forth on the Schedule.
