Interest on Cash. If Seller provides Performance Assurance in the form of cash, Buyer shall pay interest on such cash held as [For Agreements with Delivery Terms greater than two years: CPUC Approval Security,] Development Period Security, Construction Period Security, or Delivery Term Security, as applicable, at the Interest Rate.
