Interest Fully Earned Sample Clauses

Interest Fully Earned. All Cash Interest payments and accruals of PIK Interest on the Term Loan in accordance with this Agreement shall be fully earned on each Payment Date or PIK Accrual Date, as applicable, and Borrower shall not be entitled to any refund thereof in the event of any whole or partial repayment of the Term Loan prior to the Loan Maturity Date.
