Interest for Account of Domestic Swing Line Lender. The Domestic Swing Line Lender shall be responsible for invoicing the Company for interest on the Domestic Swing Line Loans. Until each U.S. Dollar Lender funds its Base Rate Committed Loan or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.05(a) to refinance such Lender’s Applicable U.S. Dollar Percentage of any Domestic Swing Line Loan, interest in respect of such Applicable U.S. Dollar Percentage shall be solely for the account of the Domestic Swing Line Lender.
