Interest Distribution Dates. Interest accrued on each Loan (including any previously accrued and unpaid Interest) and the aggregate Daily Commitment Fee on such date as described below shall be payable, without duplication: (a) on the Facility Termination Date; (b) on the date of any payment or prepayment, in whole or in part, of principal outstanding on such Loan; and (c) on each Distribution Date.
