Interest, Additional Payment. Interest accrued on the HSP 2 Escrow Account shall be added to, and considered to be part of the HSP 2 Escrow Amount, and fees and expenses of the Escrow Agent (to the extent not paid by the Parties) shall be deducted from the HSP 2 Escrow Amount.
