Interconnection Trunking. 4.1 Provisioning and Administration of Trunk Groups:
Interconnection Trunking. CLEC must arrange for the meaningful exchange of traffic which must include hand-offs of local voice calls that flow in both directions. Where CLEC does not arrange for a meaningful exchange of traffic, those arrangements cannot be attributed toward satisfaction of this criterion. At a minimum, each DS1 circuit must be served by a DS0 equivalent LIS trunk in the same LATA as the End User Customer served by the circuit. For each twenty-four (24) DS1 circuits, CLEC must maintain at least one (1) active DS1 LIS trunk in the same LATA as the End User Customer served by the circuit.
Interconnection Trunking. 3.1 This Section 3 describes the required and optional Interconnection Trunk Groups for IntraMTA Traffic, Switched Access Services traffic, Mass Calling, 911/E911, Operator Services and Directory Assistance traffic.
