INTERCONNECTION PROTECTION. 3.1 The Company shall coordinate its protection scheme and protective relay settings with JPS, and the protective relay settings shall be subject to JPS’ approval. The protection system shall include the following items, all to be provided by the Company: 3.1.1 A. Preferably, Current differential relay, SEL-311L or approved equal, at all three line terminals operating over fiber-optic communications channel for high-speed clearance of transmission line faults;
