Interconnection CustomerDeveloper’s engineering procurement and construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities shall comply with all requirements of law to which Connecting Transmission Owner would be subject in the engineering, procurement or construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities;
