Common use of INTERCONNECTION COST Clause in Contracts

INTERCONNECTION COST. The cost to Customer for all Utility owned and maintained facilities constructed and/or installed by Utility to accommodate the interconnection and safe operation of Customer’s Generator in parallel with Utility's electric system shall be determined in accordance with Utility’s applicable Service Regulations.

The cost to Customer for all Utility Company owned and maintained facilities constructed and/or installed by Utility Company to accommodate the interconnection and safe operation of Customer’s Generator in parallel with Utility's Company’s electric system shall be determined in accordance with UtilityCompany’s applicable Service RegulationsRegulations and/or Terms and Conditions For the Purchase of Electric Power. The cost to Customer, termination provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions related to facilities installed by Company are as stated in Exhibit , hereto attached and made a part hereof.
