Interconnection Agreements. Seller shall furnish to Buyer such necessary information as Buyer may reasonably request in connection with Buyer's replacement of the interconnection agreements relating to the Purchased Exchanges, including supplying to Buyer copies of such interconnection agreements to the extent permissible.
