Common use of Interconnected Operation Clause in Contracts

Interconnected Operation. 8.1 SCE shall provide reasonable assistance to ▇▇▇ in order for ▇▇▇ to perform studies or others to perform studies to determine the capacity of the Eldorado-Merchant transmission line. 8.2 EDE shall be entitled to use the total capacity of the 220kV Switchrack Additional Facilities and the Transmission Line Additional Facilities. 8.3 SCE shall operate the Additional Facilities in accordance with the CAISO Tariff, Western System Coordinating Council (WSCC) reliability criteria and the Eldorado System Operating Agreement.
