Common use of INTERCONNECT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

INTERCONNECT SERVICES. a. IDT shall arrange for all interconnection facilities within the Premises. All interconnection facilities arranged by IDT shall be provisioned solely to the Net2Phone occupied Equipment Space within the Premises. All costs and arrangements for local interconnects will be Net2Phone's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. When Net2Phone utilizes IDT's services under this Paragraph 6(a), Net2Phone's facilities management personnel must coordinate with IDT in the exchange of technical information relating to their requirements for local interconnect in order for IDT to provide the necessary support to Net2Phone with the provisioning and installation of the interconnect
