Interchangeable Terms. For purposes of all provisions within this Agreement and all attachments hereto, the terms "Agreement" and "Contract" shall have the same meaning and shall be interchangeable. Words and Phrases. Words, phrases, and abbreviations which have well known technical or trade meanings used in the Contract Documents shall be used according to such recognized meanings.
