Common use of Interception Clause in Contracts

Interception. We may be required to intercept communications over the Service or authorise a third party to do so and may (but are not obligated to) monitor Your usage of the Service and communications sent over it for the purposes of ensuring your compliance with this Contract and Our compliance with the law or any request or direction of a Regulatory Authority, an emergency services organisation or other competent authority.
