Common use of Interactive Site Clause in Contracts

Interactive Site. Any interactive site or area, including, by way of example and without limitation, (i) an ICP site on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet or (ii) a channel or area delivered through a "push" product such as the Pointcast Network or interactive environment such as Microsoft's Active Desktop.
