Interactions with Customers. The Consultant shall not at any time during the Term of the Agreement with the Company or for a period of one year after the termination of the Agreement with the Company directly or indirectly influence or attempt to influence, either directly or indirectly, any customer or client of the Group to discontinue using the services of, or to cancel or fail to renew a contract with, the Company or an affiliate of the Company.
Interactions with Customers. Your activity on the Platform can indicate how quickly you respond to communications. We therefore evaluate how many replies you sent in the week before a Job was created by a Customer and whether your replies related to comparable Jobs. The higher the number of answers, the higher up you will appear in the ranking for Customers.
