Interac e-Transfer. If you fund MogoCrypto using Interac e-Transfer, then Mogo will use commercially reasonable efforts to process and fund your MogoCrypto CAD holdings in as little as 30 minutes of Mogo receiving funds from your financial institution. In the event of heavy volume of transactions, it could take up to one day to process and fund. Rejected funding: We reserve the right to reject your funding request for any reason including if the name on your bank account doesn’t match the name in your MogoAccount or if you haven’t otherwise followed the funding instructions set out in the MogoCrypto dashboard, including the applicable limits. If we do reject your funding request, then we will return your Cash to you by the same funding method that you used or by mailing you a cheque in our sole discretion. In order for us to return the Cash to you, you must provide us with your bank account information, wire transfer information, or mailing address. If, for any reason, Mogo rejects your funding request then Mogo will not be liable for any fees or charges that you have already paid or may be required to pay to your financial institution. Interac e-Transfer. 1. Terms and conditions in this section E apply only to the Interac e-Transfer Service and are in addition to all other terms and conditions in this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this section E and the remaining terms of this Agreement, this section E will prevail.
Interac e-Transfer. To send an Interac e-Transfer, you must provide the recipient's email address, and a security question ("Security Question") that will be used to authenticate the recipient of the transfer. To receive an Interac e-Transfer, you must correctly answer the Security Question. You agree that, as a sender of an Interac e-Transfer, it is your responsibility to (a) provide the accurate email address of the recipient; (b) create an effective Security Question and answer that is known only to you and the recipient, and (c) not to use email or any optional message that may accompany the transfer to send the recipient the answer to the Security Question. As a recipient, you agree to keep the answer to the Security Question confidential at all times and to use it only as required to receive the transfer. We will be entitled to pay the transfer to anyone who claims it as the recipient and correctly answers the Security Question, whether or not that person is the person intended to receive the transfer. We will not be liable for losses incurred by you as a sender or recipient of an Interac e-Transfer as a result of misuse, improper communication or disclosure of the answer to the Security Question.
Interac e-Transfer. 8.1 Terms and conditions in this Article 8 apply only to the Interac e-Transfer Service and are in addition to all other terms and conditions in this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Article 8 and the remaining terms of this Agreement, this Article 8 will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
