Inter‐institutional mentoring programme. The EURAXESS TOP III project introduces the new Inter‐institutional mentoring programme supporting the creation of long‐term international partnerships between two EURAXESS member organisations. BHOs should use the Network Call application to suggest the organisations from their national network that could take part in the pilot testing of this initiative. Short description of the activity Inter‐institutional mentoring programme supports the creation of long‐term international partnerships between two EURAXESS member organisations (a mentoring partner or a mentor on the one side and a mentored partner or a mentee on the other) with the goal of their professional development and growth. The role of the mentoring partner as the more experienced member of the Network is to share their knowledge and experience relevant to the mentored organisation situation in order to facilitate its advancement. Two types of mentoring partnerships are foreseen:  Aim of the Start‐up mentoring is to help new members of the network to provide the EURAXESS core services effectively and assist the integration of the new member into the European network.  Aim of the Development mentoring is to assist EURAXESS member organisation in the process of the implementation of new services or extension of the existing services. The minimum duration of mentoring partnership should be six months and should include at least 1 hour of mentoring contact per month. Mentoring partners will be expected to prepare brief mentoring plan at the beginning and evaluate the results of the partnership at the end of the mentoring process. Online tools (email, skype or similar) will be used to facilitate the mentoring contact. However, it is strongly recommended to organise at least one personal meeting throughout the duration of mentoring partnership in order to make the mentoring process more effective. Study visit or invited visit of experts can be used for this purpose. Organisations that express their interest to take part in the Inter‐ institutional mentoring programme will be approached by SAIA. SAIA will facilitate the matchmaking process between the mentoring and mentored partner. Eligibility criteriaWith regard to the pilot testing of the Inter‐institutional mentoring programme only limited number of partnerships will be supported.
