Intent to Recommend Clause Samples
The "Intent to Recommend" clause formally states a party's intention to suggest or endorse a particular product, service, or individual for a specific purpose. In practice, this clause may be used in agreements where one party agrees to recommend another party's offerings to potential clients or partners, often as part of a referral or partnership arrangement. Its core function is to clarify the recommending party's commitment and the scope of their recommendation, helping to set expectations and avoid misunderstandings about the nature and extent of the endorsement.
