Intent to Contribute Sample Clauses

Intent to Contribute. Notwithstanding the Definition of Contribution set forth in Section 10.3 of the OWF CLA, unless conspicuously designated in writing as “NOT A CONTRIBUTION” contemporaneous with the initial submission or disclosure if submitted by Member electronically or in writing, or within two (2) business days from the time that such communication is memorialized in written form, if only submitted orally, any original work of authorship submitted by Member in the course of participation in the Project shall be deemed intentionally submitted.
