Common use of Intended Function Clause in Contracts

Intended Function. You expressly agree and acknowledge that WIB Service is not intended to function as your primary means of accessing the Internet. Instead, WIB Service is designed to provide you with a temporary, back-up, fail-over method of accessing the Internet using the cellular data network in the event that your primary, wired Internet access connection is temporarily interrupted, disrupted or otherwise fails. WIB Service begins to function when your modem or router detects problems with your primary, wired Internet access connection. Once your primary, wired Internet access connection is again transmitting data properly, WIB Service automatically deactivates.
