Common use of Intended Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Intended Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Trust, Huntington and their respective successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Trust, Huntington, the Huntington Parties, their respective heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing herein expressed or implied is intended to confer upon any person not named or described in the preceding sentence any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
