Intellectual Property Rights Subject to Confidentiality Obligations. The Parties shall treat any and all information regarding and/or related to Intellectual Property Rights as Confidential Information disclosed by the other Party only for the purpose of the confidentiality obligations set forth in Article 7. For the avoidance of doubt, this Article 9.3 shall have no influence on ownership of Intellectual Property Rights defined in Article 9.1.
