Intel Processor Enhancements Sample Clauses

Intel Processor Enhancements. NEI will agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to enhance the Manufacturing Package by adding a 600/100MHz processor/bus to the current implementation of the Product and adding a new motherboard (planar) for the support of a 133MHz front-side bus in order to keep the Product compatible with the most current Intel processor. NEI will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver these Enhancements on a timely basis.
