This Agreement and the other Loan Documents represent the entire agreement of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the other Loan Parties, Agent and Lenders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and there are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by relative to the subject matter hereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or in the other Loan Documents. The headings of subdivisions in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only, and shall not govern the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
