Common use of Integrated Properties Clause in Contracts

Integrated Properties. On the Rent Commencement Date for each Property, Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause such Property and the applicable property subject to a Ground Lease to constitute (and for the duration of the Term shall continue to constitute) all of the equipment, facilities, rights, other personal property and other real property necessary or appropriate to operate, utilize, maintain and control a Permitted Facility in a commercially reasonable manner.

Integrated Properties. On the Rent Commencement Date for each Property, Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause such Property to include and the applicable property subject to a Ground Lease to constitute contain (and for the duration of the Term shall continue to constituteinclude and contain) all of the equipment, facilities, rights, other personal property and other real property necessary or appropriate to operate, utilize, maintain and control a Permitted Facility in a commercially reasonable manner.

Integrated Properties. On the Rent Commencement Date for each PropertyProperty with respect to which a particular Lessee has executed a Lease Supplement, such Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause such Property and the applicable property subject to a Ground Lease to constitute (and for the duration of the Term shall continue to constitute) all of the equipment, facilities, rights, other personal property and other real property necessary or appropriate to operate, utilize, maintain and control a Permitted Facility in a commercially reasonable manner.
