Integrated planning and commissioning objectives. The Parties shall seek to achieve the following objectives in the course of making the integrated planning and commissioning arrangements under this agreement: 8.4.1 To continue to deliver the S75 services as covered by previous agreements and the defined services as have been specified in Schedule 1. 8.4.2 To deliver improved and improving service delivery efficiencies through the integrated planning and commissioning arrangements. 8.4.3 To work with the main NHS and other service providers within the locality to facilitate the planning and commissioning of services 8.4.4 To take any necessary steps to develop a future procurement strategy for the better integration of services. 8.4.5 To look at the possibility of introducing new service planning and commissioning arrangements involving the use of outcomes assessment frameworks to be developed by the Parties during the period of this agreement where appropriate. 8.4.6 Where the Parties propose to add a new Budget line to this Agreement a Scheme Specification for the new service shall be completed and agreed between the Parties. 8.4.7 The Parties shall not enter into a new Scheme Specification in respect of an additional contract unless they are satisfied that the Individual Scheme in question will improve the health and wellbeing of the population of Scarborough and Ryedale in accordance with this Agreement 8.4.8 Each Party shall keep the other Party and the Integrated Planning and Commissioning Board informed of the effectiveness of the arrangements including the Better Care Fund and any overspend or underspend in the Pooled Fund.
