Integrated Logistic Support. Maintain legible original copies in approved transferrable media, of the following original equipment manufacturers (OEM) information: operating instructions, manuals, drawings, catalog cut sheets, warranty information, and all other supporting documents, for all new equipment, parts, and supplies installed. Integrated Logistic Support. The contractor shall plan and conduct an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program, which shall govern the management of the ILS effort. The ILS effort shall be conducted as an integral part of the development and integration process to define the range and depth of the required support, and address all applicable and related elements of logistics. The contractor shall designate an ILS Manager who shall possess sufficient authority to manage, direct, execute and control all ILS elements of the contract.
Integrated Logistic Support. (1) The Contractor is required to provide updated versions of all the ILS documentation provided in accordance with Schedule 2 – Schedule of Requirements on an annual basis where any information contained within the document previously provided has changed.
(2) Where no changes have occurred to the information within the document, an updated document is not required to be delivered to the Authority.
(3) All updates throughout the life of the contract are at Nil cost to the Authority.
Integrated Logistic Support.
23.1. The Contractor shall supply ILS Deliverables to the Authority in accordance with Schedule 4 (ILS Specification).
