Common use of INTEGRATED DOCUMENT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED DOCUMENT. This Agreement with any exhibits or attachments, the Recipient’s Funding Proposal for the City’s Competitive Process, incorporated by reference, and the Recipient’s presentation before the Human Services and Housing Funding Board, incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and both parties acknowledge that there are no other agreements, written or oral, that have not been fully set forth in the text of this Agreement.
