INTEGRATED CORE PRACTICE MODEL Sample Clauses
The Integrated Core Practice Model clause establishes a unified framework for delivering services or implementing processes within an organization or between contracting parties. It typically outlines the essential practices, standards, and collaborative approaches that must be followed, ensuring that all parties operate under a consistent methodology—such as in healthcare, where it might coordinate care across multiple providers. The core function of this clause is to promote consistency, efficiency, and quality by mandating adherence to a standardized set of practices, thereby reducing confusion and improving outcomes.
