Intangible Property11. The following Intangible Property term and condition (implementing the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Act (35 U.S.C. § 200 et seq.)) shall apply to all awards for scientific or engineering research unless special provisions have been negotiated. The recipient shall include this term and condition in all subawards for scientific or engineering research activities.
