Insurer’s Rights Regarding Actions, Proceedings or Investigations. Until the Obligations have been paid in full, all amounts owed to the Insurer have been paid in full, this Insurance Agreement has terminated and the Policy has been returned to the Insurer for cancellation, the following provisions shall apply, it being expressly understood that none of the following costs shall be borne by the Trustee:
