Common use of Insurance Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Insurance Proceedings. Within ten (10) Business Days of such notice, notice of any pending or threatened investigation or regulatory proceeding (other than routine periodic investigations or reviews) by any Governmental Authority concerning the business, practices or operations of any of the Reliance Standard Insurance Companies, Safety National, and, after consummation of any other Acquisition permitted under this Agreement, each Acquired Person (to the extent applicable) including any agent or managing general agent thereof, which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;
